This 20-minute session is designed for quiet contemplation or for simply recharging yourself. We offer a slow, meditative view of the farm as it awakes, so that you can listen to the birds and the animals as their day begins. The session begins at 7:10 am each Sunday, and takes place rain or shine. You will receive an email on the Saturday before the session, which will include your link. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom or if you are unable to make the 7:10 session, but want to participate, please email us.
